Get set up for sewing success with this fun and practical Sheffield-based sewing course for beginners! Over a series of hands-on workshops, you’ll create your very own personalised set of sewing room must-haves – everything you need to start your stitching journey with confidence.
In this series, you'll learn how to make:

🧷 A custom sewing machine cover
✂️ A handy sewing machine mat with tool holder
📍 A sweet little needle case
Each project is designed to build your skills while leaving you with something beautiful and useful to take home. Whether you're brand new to sewing or want to boost your confidence at the machine, this series is perfect for you.

DATES AND TIMES:
Session 1 - Thread Catcher - Friday 3rd October 10am til 12.30pm
Session 2 - Sewing Machine Cover - Friday 10th October 10am til 12.30pm
Session 3 - Sewing Machine Mat and Tool Storage Friday 17th October 10am til 12.30pm
Session 4 - Quilted Needle Case 24th October 10am til 12.30pm
You can book onto the individual courses for £45 each or book onto the whole course for a 10% discount!

SKILL LEVEL - Beginner
SEWING MACHINES - Bring your own machine! Each sewing machine has subtle differences and learning on your own machine means you will build confidence using your machine and learn how to adjust its settings for different makes and purposes. Don’t worry if you don’t have or can’t bring your own machine as I have some available for people to use during the workshops.
WHERE’S IT AT - Workshops are held in my studio at Shed 11, Unit 2, Murray Rd, Greystones, S11 7GH. Spaces are limited to 6 for each workshop to ensure you get individual attention, time to ask questions and any help and support you need during the class (and the halftime biscuits go further!).
